-24 degrees
We woke up to this gorgeous scene on Christmas morning. Who cares that it’s 24 below outside? Pictures must be taken, and horses still need to be fed.
This has to be one of the most stunning things I’ve seen as I’ve walked out my front door! You know a greater power is at work when you receive a gift of such beauty on Christmas morning.
Sundog from the small pen
Sundog over pond
Sundog over the hay bales
That is cool! Great pictures.
As much as I can appreciate the beauty of the photos in this post, I have to say that I truly hate to go out to the barn in the winter. I won’t ride if it’s anywhere below -10 degrees Celsius (that’s OMG! IT’S TOO COLD! in Fahrenheit)
I admire your positive outlook, and will think of you as I slog through the 6 feet or more of snow we get up here in Western Queubec every winter!
I’m gonna think of you too when it’s -40 out there, and I’m dragging in hay!
Gorgeous pictures but too darn cold for me. We moved to get away from those temps. Brrrrr!
I’ve heard of sundogs but didn’t know what they were and pretty sure I’ve never seen one.
Great pics
It was such a beautiful and magical morning.
